Today, we're turning the spotlight on our dedicated Homeless Ministry, and we're thrilled to introduce you to its incredible leader, Rick Halchuck!

Rick, with his unwavering commitment, leads our Homeless Ministry and plays a pivotal role in making a difference in the lives of those in need. He's the driving force behind our efforts to support the homeless community.

 

Here's a glimpse of our Homeless Ministry's current operations:

 

 Food Delivery: Since our kitchen has been closed since February, Rick, along with the dedicated team including Mary Manzi, Tim Connors, and Phil Grieves, heads up the homeless meals division. Their current operations involve picking up donated food items, which are either cooked or freshly prepared, and ensuring same-day delivery to homeless shelters and food kitchens in places like Boston, Revere, Salem, Beverly, and Gloucester. It's like a delivery service, but with a big heart!

 

Need for Gas Money: Rick Halchuck, as your fearless leader, uses his personal vehicle exclusively for these deliveries. Your support in the form of gas money can make a huge difference in keeping this essential service running smoothly.
