Fill out the individual volunteer application, background check form & Good Hope, Inc. policies acknowledgement form (see forms below).

Complete Good HopeServe Volunteer Orientation. Good HopeServe Volunteer Orientation occurs every 1st Sunday, from 5:00PM-6:30PM. ZOOM info to attend the orientation is below.

Step

Set up an interview with Sreevani Juvvadi by email. Please bring your physical Driver’s License, background check form, and Good Hope, Inc. policies acknowledgement form on the day of the interview.
