This year, we welcomed 252 registered participants and celebrated 197 finishers who crossed that finish line with determination, joy, and purpose. Every step taken on that course was a step toward clean water for communities in need.
Ten years ago, a small group of runners on the North Shore of Massachusetts decided to do something about the water crisis in Africa. They were not a large organization. They did not have a massive budget or a national platform. What they had was a conviction — that if they laced up their shoes and ran, they could change something real for someone far away.
