Good Hope, Inc started as a Food Pantry at the Calvary Christian Church in Lynnfield MA. The pantry was known as the Blessing Room and would serve grocery and clothes to 30-40 families in need every month.

By 2012 the need for food had increased and due to space challenges the pantry started serving Foods only

Running Well program was started to serve needy communities in Africa.

A 5k race was introduced to raise funds to dig a well in Kenya. The first well was dug in western Kenya. In the following years wells has been dug in Tanzania, Ghana and in Morocco.

Health care mission program was started, and a team of volunteers were able to provide an eye service to over 3,000 people in Tanzania. This team has also been able to provide eye care services in El Salvador and in Kenya.

Good Hope, Inc has expanded to include a Prisons program, Homeless Care Program, Education/ESOL program and Love Week Community Serving program. In the spirit of “Doing Good Together” the Feeding program has grown from serving less 50 families a month to serving over 1,000 families a month.

Due to the economic strain caused by COVID, Good Hope, Inc in partnership with our donors who includes the Greater Boston Food Bank was able to distribute 1,020,000 pounds of Food.

Our team conducted a missions trip in April/2022.
