December 4, 2021Good Hope Homeless Care Update
Last Friday (11/19/21), the Christian Jeep Association, Mission For Hope, Good Hope, Inc. & Beantown Blankets partnered together to distribute over 200 new backpacks and blankets to the homeless in Boston. Also distributed were handmade hats and jackets. Due to safety concerns, last outreach in Boston was done in January, and since then conditions have gotten so much worse. Accordingly to Leighton O'Connor - who has traveled around the country doing outreach with his Jeep for the last 3 years - said "that Boston is bringing It’s some of the worst conditions he has seen in this country. Please pray that things change in Boston and more services and shelters are made available for the poor, sick and addicted. 👉About the Backpacks: they are filled with stuff like socks, deodorant, soap, wash cloth, disinfectant wipes, tooth brush, tooth paste, dental floss, mask, pen, luggage tag, snacks, water & a Bible.
